penbrookproductions processrebates review by Dbrown
I also signed up for process rebates at home and after i did and found out i had to advertise etc.I was pissed it sounded like a real job (you do this you get paid )thats what i keep looking for.

any way ,i repeatedly asked for a refund sent them atleast 30 emails over several weeks finally told them if it was not refunded next letter was going to the bbb after another week i checked with my bank and they had finally returned my money.it may take several weeks of emails just to get their attention

some of the time i wondered if there was a real person on the other end of my emails to them but keep trying good luck.

I am going through the same thing. I subscribed to "rebates from Home" or "Process from home" (penbrook productions). I called about 10 days ago to get a refund and was told it would be 5-7 business days to see the money back on my credit card. Well, its been 7 business days and it's still not there. I called the customer service # and they said it would be another 5-7 business days. I don't have that amount of time to sit around and wait! I refuse to wait a month to get my money back. Does any body know if there is anyone else I can talk to about this? I can't file a fraud report because y credit card is a prepaid card through wal-mart. What else can I do?

I totally agree! It is criminal how they just rip people off and think nothing of it. I have been trying to get a refund for almost a month now and i am sickand tired of being jerked around. I ahve filed a fraud report with my bank and I will not give up until i get my money back. I dont know but I would say what they are doing is false advertising and a sort of bait and switch. These people need to be stoped.
